Los nativos y el inglés

Para que veáis que en todas partes cuecen habas, y no os desaniméis en el estudio del inglés, he leído los comentarios al artículo de Arianna Huffington: “Neocon Nightmare: The Truth Behind the Attacks on Chuck Hagel” (The Huffington Post) y he extraído algunos ejemplos de la gramática de los comentaristas norteamericanos:

1. "Win an election,than you can pick your own cabniet..." donde el autor confunde "then" por "than" y luego no sabe escribir "cabinet".

2. "With foot in mouth the Republican party don't care if they hang the guilty along with the innonences as long as it brings them a profit to line their pocket or purse." Utilizar "don't" para la tercera persona en vez de "doesn't es más común de lo que parece. "Inocents" es lo que quiere decir con "innonences".

3. "All corporations have budgets and then project approvels." "Approvals" queda mejor.

4. "just might prevent a epic World War." Parece mentira, pero así es: los nativos confunden "a" con "an" incomprensiblemente.

5. "It speaks to an age old stereotype and bigotry" en vez de escribir "age-old" como Dios manda.

6. "That being said, you have to ask yourself whether or not the senate republicans have any credibility." Un error muy extendido es el uso de "or not" después de "whether". Es innecesario.
