In "Ten English Words that do not exist in Spanish"

we are told that there are ten words in English which do not have equivalents in Spanish. Well, well, well... This comes to show that a little learning is a dangerous thing. We asume that what we do not know does not exist. One instance:
To lock. Usually we will hear "cerrar con llave" as a translation, but there is a word meaning to lock in Spanish: CANDAR which María Moliner defines as: "cerrar con llave."
Another day we will tackle another "inexistent" word.
