Language as sound
It may seem as a truism to you, but language is sound . That is why I add sound as an extra skill, before reading , writing , speaking and comprehension . Without the right sound, language turns into meaningless gobledegook, gibberish. I put together my PHONÉTICA INGLESA (Anaya, Oberon, 2015) in order to have an easy handbook for practicing sound. Drill is the key word.
