"Explain" lleva de cabeza a los hispanohablantes, precisamente por serlo.
"He explained what the project was all about", explicó de qué se trataba el proyecto.
"Let me explain what I want to do", deja que explique lo que quiero hacer.
PERO NUNCA diremos:
"Le me explain you what I need," sino "let me explain TO you what I need."
Siempre será "explain TO", aunque no hace falta, en realidad: "Let me explain what I need" es más que suficiente.
Nunca digan "Explain me what this is all about" sino "Explain what this is all about."
Más fácil, imposible.
