NOT KNOW WHERE TO TURN

 

There are times when we are at a loss as to what to do, and we are full of doubts and need help, advice, answers... but we "do not know where to turn" because we are alone, helpless. If we happen to be in a Spanish-speaking country then "no sabremos dónde acudir" to get that aid needed. "Margarita se encontraba mal, enferma, sin dinero, sin trabajo, y no sabía dónde acudir." These idioms come in handy all the time. Try to remember them.
