CANDLEMAS - CANDELARIA

 The 2nd of February is Candlemas, "la Candelaria" a religious celebration in both cultures and also a time for weather forecasting. 

-If Candlemas day is fair and bright, winter will have another flight. If on Candlemas day it be shower and rain, winter is gone and will not come again.

-Cuando la Candelaria llora (plora), ya está el invierno fora. Que llore o que cante, invierno atrás y delante.
