PILAR ALEGRÍA AND "SOY UNA MUJER."

She is a minister (secretary) of Spain's communist government. She is a native Spanish speaker and yet she says "me atacan porque soy UNA mujer" instead of saying "me atacan porque soy mujer." She makes those basic mistakes, not because she is a communist, but because she has studied some English, and her Spanish is not firmly rooted.  Please, remember: "soy español. Soy mujer. Es tonto. Es abogado. But: "soy un buen abogado. Soy una mujer alta. Es un tonto indiscreto." Do not forget!
